- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the watch must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

- Shipping Costs: Our courier partner will collect the order from the provided address (within India). Customers need not pay any shipping charges to return the product.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
